Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Scotch bonnet chile, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Store in an airtight container. Makes 1/2 cup.
