Chloe’s Bow Tie Pasta

  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium chopped Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 12 oz chopped broccoli
  • 12 oz chopped cauliflower
  • or Italian dressing of your choice, to taste light Italian dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Cook 1 box of bow tie pasta al dente according to box directions. Rinse and drain pasta.

Add vegetables to a large bowl. Add pasta and dressing. Toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Chill before serving.
