Chef Jeff’s Oven Fried Chicken

  • fresh parsley
  • 1 whole cut into 8 pieces chicken
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • black pepper
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (recommended
  • 5 whisked eggs
  • 2 cups crushed baked bbq chips

Preheat 375 degrees.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Season flour with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and fresh black pepper to taste. Dredge chicken in flour.

Mix bbq chips with parsley. Once floured, place chicken in eggs and then roll in chip mixture.

Place on lined baking sheet. Bake 30-45 minutes.
