Butterscotch Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (12 oz) bags butterscotch morsels
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
