Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1 cup rice

Directions

Cut onion into small pieces. Chip margarine over onion, add rice, then consomme. Bake, covered, in a 350 °F oven for 1 hour.
