Avocado Toast

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • sea salt, to taste
  • black pepper , to taste
  • 2 pieces of bread, toasted
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • crumbled feta cheese, optional


Smash the avocado with the juice of the lemon, cayenne pepper, hemp seeds, sea salt, and black pepper.

Spread the avocado mash over the toast and place the egg on top. Sprinkle a bit more salt and pepper on top of the egg, and top it with feta cheese, if desired.
